From a Watchdog in Coos Bay:
| Thanks Rob, takes a lot of your time. What I thought I heard and saw on the Video. Well, Well, I am ten min. into this video and I see, NOAA, is a wing of the EPA, she talking about a NGO, non governmental organization, with the power to shutdown whole fishing industries, just as they did in Ca, all along the coast. And the lady who grew up in the area and has a house, is an environmentalist, and trained facilitator. and does not want anyone to fish in the waters off the coast. This Marine Sanctuary probably grows sea mosquitos. |
Then the NOAA REP. throws out the carrots in the form of grants to school, to bring on the support.
Then after 20 years of trying to stuff down your throat the Sanctuary program, which had a lot of resistance we have changed our approach. Your community could be nominated for a Marine Sanctuary. The one ribbon for all reward. In the last 20 years the newest government school indoctrinated will buy into this kind of program, you will be rewarded with a Sanctuary.
Once your community submits itself to be nominated a Sanctuary, you can be a candidate and on the list, and if selected, to get a Sanctuary, the process is then very open, and transparent, Where have I heard that before. Interesting,
Then it was open to questions.
Then the police step in to keep order.
Bottom line, meeting just like this are being held in all the target communities, run by trained facilitator, who also may own a family home in the area. A person will nominate their community, it will go on the candidate list, be selected, and 18 months later, after openness and transparency there be a designated Marine Sanctuary in the community.
