UPDATE: on the Bandon Marsh expansion and the release of the CCP

Hey Everyone,

Here is some really good News.........
 
The USF&WS has finally released the Comprehensive Conservation Plan for the Bandon Marsh Refuge.   After
a quick review The Service has decided to convert only 700 acres back to marsh and not the planned 4500 acres.  
It looks like we won this battle.  
 
However, The Service is just lying low and waiting until they can acquire the pieces of property they want through other avenues.  They will just have third party interests purchase the land and hold it in perpetuity.  They are
waging a war of deception and attrition, so we must remain on guard.
