Why Should YOU Attend
There are "two" (2) distinct classes of "individuals" defined in the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). They are "citizens or residents of the United States" and "nonresident alien individuals".
Each of these "classes" are treated differently under the IRC and Regulations. In order to determine the effect of the IRC and Regulations upon you, you must first determine what "class" of "individual" you are. One class is completely "subject" the other is completely "exempt" except for "specific income" from certain "sources" within the United states.
