Oregon Ranks 45th for Economic Outlook‏

Dear Citizen, 
When compared among the 50 states, Oregon ranks 45th for economic outlook — It’s time for us to
get motivated and to make a change!


There are many things we can do to gain back Oregon’s economic freedom and make our state more competitive, and one of which, is to repeal the Oregon Death Tax.


Americans for Prosperity, along with over 40 other organizations have formed a coalition to end the Oregon Death Tax, and have been circulating an initiative petition to do just that—Initiative Petition 15, the Death Tax Phase-Out Act. We have just under five weeks to collect the required 87,213 verified signatures, plus a cushion to ensure this
important initiative makes the November 2012 ballot. The only way we can accomplish this goal, and begin to become a better competitor in the United  States, is with your help.

 There are a few ways in which you can be a part of this important initiative.


You can:                                              
1.  Visit www.endoregondeathtax.com , download an e-petition, sign it and mail it in.
                                
               2. Volunteer to circulate petitions among your friends, or co-workers, or in your
neighborhood, please call 503.480.0523 or send an email to [email protected] to obtain
a volunteer signature gathering packet.
                                     
          3. Forward this email to your friends and have them sign the petition, as well.


This initiative is a great first step toward changing Oregon’s outlook and creating greater economic freedom in Oregon.
