“PERMANENT RULES” TO BE ADOPTED FOR CHL “PRIVACY”

The “temporary” ones are being ignored.

In spite of the passage of HB 4045, CHL information is still being disclosed to the press.

The Department of Justice will be adopting “permanent” rules to implement HB 4045. We want
your input.
