I just read this article:

    So if I'm not mistaken, the Urban Renewwal (taxpayers) bought the land for $500,000, and the Port of Bandon (taxpayers)  loaned them the money to build it, and they get free rent and won't pay any    property taxes? 

    Is this for real?
