Call to Action!
Today at 4:00 PM, Shane Ozbun with PANDA and I held a work session with the Coos Bay City Council. Councilor & Dr. Muenchrath was called into surgery and couldn't attend. Those in attendance were:
City Manager Roger Craddock, City Attorney Nathan McClintock, Councilor Gene Melton, Councilor Jennifer Groth and CBPD Police Chief McCullough. KCBY TV filmed it and will return on Tuesday the 17th at 7:00 PM to film the agenda. We fully educated them on the NDAA, their Constitutional duties as elected officials including honoring their sworn oaths.
We've requested they pass the RCGR (Restoring Constitutional Governance Resolution). Neither councilor asked a question or made any comments. The city attorney was not convinced that it applied to American citizens. They were asked to do their due diligence in researching it themselves to prove that what we brought to them was documented Congressional facts.
That date and time is crucial for our supporters to come together in one strong showing, demanding they respect and defend our Constitutional rights that are null and void under the law of war. Our
veterans picked up a rifle to defend those rights, therefor, the council can at least pick up a pen and protect them the easy way, instead of the hard way, sacrificed by our vets.
Please call and email everyone you know, regardless if they live within the city limits or not, to do the same thing in return and forward this email. For the sake of Liberty We The People must have an army of citizens who are fed up with elected officials shirking their duties and obligations to their bosses; ALL OF US! Otherwise, we'll lose this fight and have to readjust our strategies and start all over again.
Let's make a stand and finish it this time Patriots!!!
Remember Tuesday September 17th at 7:00 PM City of Coos Bay Council Chambers located at
500 Central Avenue. Coos Bay, Or.
Those not in attendance are in bold. With no other excuses given:
Mayor Crystal Shoji [email protected]
City Manager Rodger Craddock [email protected]
Councilor Mark Daily [email protected]
Councilor Jennifer S. Groth [email protected])
Councilor Stephanie Kramer [email protected]
Councilor Gene Melton [email protected]
Councilor John Muenchrath [email protected]
Councilor Mike Vaughan [email protected]
Mr. Craddock said that he will give a packet of documents that we supplied them, to each councilor that wasn't present, plus a copy of the power point slide show for their review, that Shane had created and gave at the meeting. There's no way to tell if they will study the material or not. Kansas Constitutional Attorney Richard Fry was present via speaker phone, available for comment. In closing, I remain your fellow Patriot and truly,

Dear Mr. Craddock,
Thank you for hosting the work session on the resolution and to those who were present. We're looking forward to the 17th agenda. I just found this article I wanted to share with you, the councilors and city attorney Mr. McClintock.
Since this was a strong topic of concern during our discussion, this should add credibility to our belief that it's an
indisputable fact that this does apply to American citizens as we've always stated.
If still in doubt, I'd encourage any of you to contact members of the Federal Senate and confirm it for yourselves. Contact Senators Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Harry Reid and Carl Levin and the ones listed within the article.
In Liberty,
Tom McKirgan
